Colombian abortion regulation repealed, 19-3-2013

Colombia's Supreme Court overturned a presidential decree that allowed abortion in cases of rape, fetal malformation or that the pregnancy would jeopardize the health of the mother.

La Corte Suprema de Colombia revocó un decreto presidencial que permitía abortar en caso de violación, malformación del feto o de que el embarazo pusiera en riesgo la salud de la madre.
